On Monday I decided to try a cream cheese icing since we had some cream cheese in the fridge. I had also tried a new chocolate cupcake recipe. They came out nice, but not amazing. So, I decided that I’d just share the Icing recipe so long. It was really easy and has a soft cream cheese taste. It also made a nice quantity, enough for 10 BIG cupcakes. If you need more it would be very easy to double!
Ingredients
60g cream cheese
30g butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cups icing sugar
Instructions
Beat together the cream cheese, butter and vanilla essence. Once smooth add the icing sugar a little at a time. Voila!
